Applyifi provides startups a 36-point scorecard on the venture’s investment worthiness. This scorecard gives startup founders actionable insights to help them refine their business plans and sharpen their investor pitch deck. Applyifi’s Fund Raising Assistance Program helps startups raise capital from angel investors, angel investor groups and VCs. Prajakt was previously head of operations of the Indian Angel Network, a founding team member of a leading accelerator, co-founder of Orange Cross, and Asia Director for TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs). Prajakt had started a printing business when he was 17, and later was part of the founding team of a CRM solutions company, which he exited in 2004 and took a 3-year sabbatical to be the Asia Director for TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), a global non-profit organization focused on promoting entrepreneurship. As the Asia Director for TiE, Prajakt was primarily focused on helping entrepreneurs in India connect with the then emerging early-stage investor community. In that role, Prajakt helped create interconnectivity between overseas investors and Indian entrepreneurs. Between 1990 – 2000, Prajakt spent 10 years in marketing & advertising, working on clients like P&G for whom he was driving brand communication and marketing programs for key healthcare & feminine hygiene brands.
